The DoxNow software which is contained in the DoxNow product has been developed by Source Code Systems, LLC ("SCS") for storing and managing documents.

The DoxNow software shall not be used or modified in any way for the purpose of producing derivative works (a) for systems which have not been supplied by SCS or (b) for systems with which the DoxNow software was not designed to be integrated or utilized.

SCS authorizes the purchaser of the DoxNow product to load the DoxNow software and the related databases on multiple computers for use in accordance with the software license which is contained in the sales contract pursuant to which the DoxNow was purchased.

SCS shall not be liable for any misuse or unintended use of the DoxNow product or software.
