Advanced Smart Drive Solution Launched by DoxNow

Personal, portable product with easy to use document management software now available

Wausau, WI - January 07, 2008 - DoxNow, LLC, specializing in the development and distribution of various document management software applications, announces the launch of the DoxNow smart drive product. A team of DoxNow software engineers designed the unique smart drive - equipped with customized indexing and searching software - in response to research that indicated storing data was only part of the smart drive convenience factor for consumers. The DoxNow design and engineering team consists of the same team behind the development of one of the leading payment processing companies in the U.S., securely processing more than 14 billion credit card and check payments annually.

Developed for the consumer, the DoxNow smart drive is designed to easily scan, import, index, organize and retrieve documents. Its customizable document management software allows the user to create specific indexes for each file. That - in combination with customizable search parameters - gives users quick access to their DoxNow documents. "DoxNow isn't your average smart drive. It doesn't simply store your documents, it allows you to determine how they're stored and - more importantly - how they're found," explains John Koci, President and Chief Executive Officer of DoxNow. "A smart drive is useless if you can't find what you're looking for. DoxNow has advanced indexing and search functions the user can customize based on what makes sense to them."

A stand-alone device, DoxNow is a plug and play USB drive that integrates with, but is not dependent upon, the host computer's software. Documents can be viewed within the DoxNow application on any computer regardless of the host computer's available software. In addition, 128-bit encryption security prevents documents from being left behind on the host computer for others to access. "People want to keep their personal records personal," adds Mike Abel, Vice President-Operations for DoxNow. "You can plug DoxNow into your doctor's, accountant's or neighbor's computer to access your files and share them as you see fit. And then you can walk away, DoxNow files in hand, without actually leaving behind those files on the host computer."

DoxNow is available in 1GB, 2GB and 4GB, and is a sleek, rugged device that can easily be stored in one's wallet, pocket or on a keychain. Users can scan in documents or import them from their PC. Files may also be exported from DoxNow based on a user's preference. DoxNow comes equipped with a series of default folders, sub folders and indexes designed for personal use - including medical, financial, tax, student and personal records; identification; photos; recipes; and legal documents - and contains management software that also allows users to create their own DoxNow electronic folders, sub folders and indexes.

DoxNow will be marketed nationwide through e-commerce solutions, e-commerce affiliate programs, in retail stores, on college campuses, and other sales channels. DoxNow will offer periodic upgrades to the document management device that can be downloaded from www.doxnow.com.
